Euclides (Bill) Batista started his career at Beth Tzedec Synagogue 40 plus years ago. Working closely through the years with Mickey Firestone, Bill knew his future was to expand further into the Jewish community. In the late 80′s, Bill became the face of Caterers York, collaborating closely with his Chef’s to develop innovative and traditional Kosher Cuisine.
In the 21st century, joining Caterers York was Moishe Brown and Luisa Zinga.
Working closely with Bill, Moishe became a partner in Caterers York as Executive Chef & Luisa as Catering Coordinator.
