- As most of you know already, Kashruth Council has sent out a notification (Dated 2009) and it indicates that if any Alcohol (whether be wine or liquor) is being server on the premises, we require receipts. The receipts are to verify that the Alcohol was purchased after Pesach (due to the confirmation of selling your Chometz being unclear).
